Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Arkansas CNA certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• TB skin test, CPR/First Aid certification; background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Daily Living Skills: assist with housekeeping, laundry, shopping, meals, and errands.
• Personal Care: grooming, bathing and dressing.
• Transfer & Mobility: assist with transfers and ambulation.
• Companionship, Comfort & Safety: provide companionship and safety during caregiver absence.
• Care Plans & Charting: follow care plans and document in EMR systems.
• Attend quarterly in-service meetings to satisfy continuing education requirements.
• Maintain professional image and wear agency ID at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
