Elevation Hospice of Colorado is seeking a passionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of hospice care professionals. The role focuses on listening, caring, and serving patients in their place of residence, under the supervision of a registered nurse.

The ideal candidate will have CNA license, state-approved nurse aide training, and reliable transportation. Prior hospice or nursing aide experience is preferred to ensure compassionate, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Must have CNA license and nurse aide training per state requirements.
• Must have current driver’s license.
• At least one year experience as Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in healthcare settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal healthcare and related services to patients in their residence; maintain a safe, clean environment; work with patient and family; report observations to supervisor under RN supervision.

Formation

High School Diploma Preferred

Nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state

CNA license

Must have current driver's license

At least one year experience as Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant (preferred)
