Qualifications

• Must possess recent experience in hospice, hospital, long-term care, home health, or staffing agency.
• Ability to travel locally as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support safe transfers and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Document care accurately.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Maintain a clean and safe care environment.
