Superior Hospice in the Maple Grove area of Minnesota is hiring a compassionate CNA for end-of-life care. You will support patients with ADLs, provide medication assistance as directed, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with the care team to follow individualized plans.

The role requires a Minnesota CNA license, hospice or oncology experience, a reliable vehicle, and flexibility to meet patient needs in a community-based service area. Full benefits available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Minnesota CNA license required.
• Hospice, palliative, or oncology experience preferred.
• Flexible, dependable and emotionally resilient.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsabilités

• ADL support, grooming, and mobility care.
• Medication assistance as directed.
• Observation and reporting of vital signs.
• Emotional and relational support for patients and families.
• Team collaboration and care plan follow-through.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient environments.
