Job summary

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary, palliative, and hospice provider serving patients in multiple states. We are seeking a compassionate Full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice team in Bucks County, PA and surrounding region.

The caregiver will assist with ADLs, mobility, transfers, and daily care, delivering high-quality home-based services in a small patient census. A valid CNA license, one year of experience, and a reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Meets training requirements of the State.
• 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training with 16 hours each in supervised and classroom.
• One year of CNA, hospice, or home health aide experience (hospice preferred).
• Licensed driver with insured vehicle and current auto insurance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Care for census of 5-6 patients.
• Assist with ADLs: personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care, nails.
• Assist with toileting, positioning, transfers, turning in bed.
• Assist with prescribed exercises and ROM as taught.
• Light housekeeping of patient unit/room and laundry.
• Feed and assist with meals.
• Report changes in patient condition to the Nurse.
