Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking compassionate CNAs/CHHAs to join our hospice team serving Berks County, PA. The caregiver will visit patients at home, assist with ADLs, transfers, and ROM, and coordinate with the nursing staff to ensure comfort and safety.

The position includes benefits and pay starting at $19.75/hour, with a driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid PA CNA / CHHA.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Care for census of 5-6 patients.
• Provides or assists in ADL activities; personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care and nails.
• Assists with toileting, positioning and transfer activities; bed-bound care.
• Assists with prescribed exercises and ROM as taught by Hospice Nurse.
• Light housekeeping of personal unit; changing linens and patient laundry.
• Feeds and assists with meals.
• Reports changes in patient condition to the Nurse
