Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide program completed with current certification.
• In good standing with state regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care, exercise, and ambulation to patients per regulations.
• Uses safety techniques and proper body mechanics during care and transfers.
• Takes and records vital signs as instructed.
• Reports changes in patient status to RN.
• Participates in weekend rotation for scheduled visits.
• Prepares light meals, assists with household tasks essential to health care.
• Maintains required educational hours (12 hours).
