Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide program completed with current certification.
• Maintains state regulations and professional standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Works well independently or as part of a team.
• Proficient computer and technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care, exercises, and ambulation per regulations.
• Uses safe techniques for transfers and care delivery.
• Takes and records vital signs as instructed.
• Reports changes in patient status to RN.
• Participates in weekend rotation for visits.
• Prepares light meals, does laundry, and essential household tasks.
• Maintains twelve hours of ongoing education.
