Qualifications

• Minimum of six months experience in providing personal care.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Understands hospice philosophy, comfortable with specialized care.

Responsibilities

• Help with bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in the patient's condition.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
