Anodyne Palliative Services is a Chicago-area hospice provider delivering compassionate end-of-life care. The role involves direct patient care in home or facility settings, helping with daily activities, meals, and vital signs while maintaining thorough medical documentation.

We seek empathetic CNAs with strong communication skills who can work independently in a supportive team. Positions are available for various schedules, including full-time, part-time, PRN, and per diem options.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) program or equivalent training.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to hospice patients in their homes or facilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Monitor and record vital signs and document observations.
