Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Home Health Aide to join our Gloucester County, NJ hospice-focused team on a full-time basis and provide in-home patient care.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, transfers, meals, and reporting changes to the nurse, within a supportive home-care setting. A valid NJ CHHA, driving license, US work eligibility, and full vaccination are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid NJ CHHA license.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

Responsibilities

• Care for census of 5-6 patients.
• Assists with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Assists with toileting, positioning, and transfers.
• Supports prescribed exercises and ROM as directed by Hospice Nurse.
• Light housekeeping of patient unit and laundry.
