Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our Hospice team in the Gloucester County, NJ area. This full-time position involves visiting patients at home to provide essential personal care and support under supervision.

You will assist with ADLs, mobility, and daily routine tasks, while documenting patient status for the nursing team. A valid NJ CHHA and reliable transportation are required; vaccination against Covid-19 is also expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid NJ CHHA credential.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

Responsibilities

• Care for census of 5-6 patients.
• Assists with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Assists with toileting, positioning and transfers for bed‑bound residents.
• Assists with prescribed exercises and ROM as taught by the Hospice Nurse.
• Light housekeeping within the patient’s unit, including bedding and laundry.
• Feeds and assists with meals.
• Report changes in patient condition to the Nurse.
