Job summary

Ennoble Care seeks a Hospice Chaplain to work per diem in the Tulsa, OK area. Under the Clinical Director, you provide spiritual, emotional and bereavement support to patients and families in facilities and at home, aligning with hospice philosophy of care.

The role requires a Master’s of Divinity, 4 CPE units, and board certification eligibility. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and may participate in memorial services and staff education.

Qualifications

• Master’s of Divinity Degree or equivalent in theology required.
• At least four units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE). Candidate must be Board Certified as a Chaplain or eligible for Board Certification under ACPE or CPSP.
• Excellent communication and pastoral skills; strong interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides pastoral/spiritual care to patients and/or families.
• Visits and ministers with patients; develops a spiritual care plan with interdisciplinary team.
• Documents visits per policy; participates in team meetings and care planning.
