Job summary

TriHealth is seeking a Hospice Aide to support patients and families in their homes and long-term care settings on the Westside of Cincinnati. You will provide comfort, dignity, and companionship while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 2 years of healthcare experience required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days required.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic patient care tasks under a nurse's supervision, including bathing and assistance with ambulation.
• Provides companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
• Maintains safe clinical environment by documenting and reporting status changes.
