Compassus is hiring a Hospice Aide to provide compassionate at‑home care to patients, supporting families and honoring patients’ values. You will work within a dedicated hospice team to address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs while delivering comfort in the home setting.

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
In states where licensure is not required, candidates must be licensed aide or have completed a state-approved nurse aide training program and 24 months of continuous employment.
Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

Provide comfort care to patients enabling them to remain at home with their loved ones.
Work as a member of the hospice team to meet each patient’s unique physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Help patients approach their final days with joy, peace, and dignity.
