Peoples Health Services is seeking a Hospice Aide (CNA) to provide direct patient care in patients' homes in the Gulf Breeze/Navarre area. You will assist with hygiene, mobility, and daily activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, while maintaining infection control and safety policies.

The position requires at least one year of hospice or home health care experience and CNA certification. Competitive pay and a benefits package are offered.

Competenze

• At least one year experience in hospice or home health care.
• Certificate and/or completed required curriculum; competency evaluated per regulations.
• Emotional and mental maturity for good working relationships.

Mansioni

• Provides direct patient care services within defined scope of practice as directed by RN.
• Assists with personal hygiene, including baths and grooming as directed by RN.
• Records measurements (BP, pulse, respirations) and daily care summaries.
• Performs incidental household tasks essential to patient health care at home.
• Observes infection control and safety policies in home health setting.
