BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Homemakers / Personal Care Caregivers to support clients in our North Shore service area, including Beverly, Peabody and surrounding towns. You’ll provide light homemaking, personal care assistance, companionship, and help maintain a safe home environment.

We offer $22/hour, flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle, quick matching to nearby opportunities, and on-call clinical manager support.

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of verifiable work experience preferably in a healthcare related field (but not required).

Responsabilités

• Perform light homemaking assistance, including help with personal laundry, meal preparation, and food shopping.
• Provide companionship
• Assist with maintenance of a safe physical environment.
• Activities of daily living
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
