Job summary

PruittHealth Corporation is expanding its Homecare division in the Atlanta metro area, seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support patients and caregivers with personal care needs and daily living activities.

The CNA will document visits, monitor patient health, and coordinate with supervising RNs to ensure quality care on each visit in a home-based setting in Georgia. Successful candidates have an active CNA license and one year of healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with active CNA certification.
• One year of experience in healthcare with adults.
• Current registration in State Nurse Aide Registry as a CNA.
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
• Must maintain licensure/certification as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort care, dignity and privacy for the patient.
• Obtain vital signs of patient(s) assigned.
• Report patient progress and problems to supervisory personnel.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Assist with patient transfer, ambulation and exercise.
• Maintain accurate and current records of visits.
• Coordinate care with RN Supervisor and other staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow safety protocols.
