Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active CNA certification in state of practice
• One year of healthcare experience preferred
• Current registration in State Nurse Aide Registry
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance
• Ability to comply with safety and infection control policies
• Wollows licensure as required by law

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort care, dignity and privacy to patients
• Obtain and document vital signs
• Follow procedures for medical emergencies
• Report patient progress to supervisors
• Observe changes in condition and skin integrity
• Provide essential daily living tasks and reminders
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and exercises
• Support hygiene, grooming, and meal prep
• Maintain a clean, safe patient environment
• Coordinate care with RN supervisor
• Maintain accurate visit records
• Perform other assigned duties
