Caring Transitions is seeking a dependable Transition Services Team Member to assist families downsizing, relocating, and clearing a home in Temple, TX. You will pack, sort, and organize belongings, helping prepare items for online estate auctions and setting up new homes after moves.

Role involves careful handling of clients' belongings, loading and unloading items, and collaborating with teammates to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clients through downsizing or relocation is preferred.
• Ability to pack/unpack and organize items carefully.
• Willingness to help set up new homes and prepare items for auction.

Responsibilities

• Carefully packing and unpacking household belongings.
• Helping clients sort and organize items during downsizing projects.
• Setting up and organizing clients’ new homes after a move.
• Sorting and processing household items for online estate auctions.
• Photographing, grouping, organizing, and preparing items for auction.
• Moving furniture, boxes, and household items.
• Helping clear remaining contents from homes.
• Loading and unloading vehicles and moving equipment.
• Keeping work areas organized and projects moving efficiently.
• Treating clients, their homes, and their belongings with care and respect.
• Working closely with other team members to complete projects on schedule.
