Job summary

Chrysalis Host Home in Utah seeks families to open their homes to people with disabilities. As a Host Home Provider, you will work from home, offering a loving and nurturing environment and advocating for the individual.

This contracted role provides two payments: room and board plus a daily rate. Requirements include being 21+, passing background and MVR checks, having an available bedroom, and completing all trainings.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report.
• Available bedroom in your home.
• Must complete all company trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide a loving home and care for a person with disabilities.
• Support daily living and advocate for the individual.
