Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice Careers in North Carolina is seeking a licensed professional to administer skilled home health care, teach patients and families, and follow physician orders per the plan of care.

Candidates must be a graduate of an approved school, licensed in NC, with at least one year of licensed professional experience, and possess basic technology skills including mobile devices. Medicare/home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
