Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Greensboro, NC seeks a licensed professional to administer skilled care to patients in the home setting, teaching patients and families and delivering services per physician orders and the plan of care.

Candidates must be a graduate of an approved clinical education program, licensed in North Carolina, with at least one year of licensed experience, and familiar with mobile devices. CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed in the state where they practice.
• At least one year of experience as a licensed professional.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the plan of care (POC).
