Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed in the state where they practice.
• At least one year of experience as a licensed professional.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients in the home setting.
• Educate patient and family and other health care team members.
• Perform services per physician orders and care plan.
