BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home health visits to adult and geriatric patients in Whitehall, Pennsylvania. Opportunities include per diem, part-time, or full-time positions with flexible scheduling in Lehigh County.

The RN will follow care plans, administer medications, perform wound care, and document all activities. Pennsylvania RN license and at least 1 year of clinical experience are required; travel is expected.

Qualificações

Current Pennsylvania RN license.
Minimum of one year of clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
Home health experience preferred but not required.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills; solid computer skills.

Responsabilidades

Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs.
Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Administer medications, wound care, treatments and procedures.
Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to supervisor.
Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
Perform client assessments as necessary.
Coordinate case management and services.
Document observations and interventions using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
