Classic Home Care, a nurse-owned home health agency serving Southeast Michigan since 2003, is seeking dedicated Home Health RNs to join our team in the Detroit area. The role focuses on delivering in-home care, performing initial assessments, creating personalized plans, and supporting patients toward independence.

We offer a competitive per-visit rate ($60.00 - $100.20) with full-time scheduling (approx. 30 visits per week), mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license in good standing.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name.
• Home health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in the community to help them regain independence.
• Conduct initial assessment to generate a personalized plan of care with physicians and team.
• Observe signs and report changes to the physician or health professionals as needed.
• Teach, supervise and counsel patients and families on home nursing procedures.
• Apply critical thinking for continuous improvement of services.
