BAYADA Home Health Care in Oaks, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health to care for patients in the King of Prussia area.

The role is a full-time or part-time, salaried position. You will perform head-to-toe assessments, wound care, IV therapy, medication management, and triage in the home setting, supporting acute and post-acute needs.

Qualifications

• RN with license in good standing in the state where you practice.
• At least one year of recent hands-on medical experience with adults/geriatric patients.
• Experience in acute and post-acute care settings including home health, ICU, or med/surg.

Responsibilities

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify changes in patient condition.
• Provide wound care, IV therapy, and post-surgical care as needed.
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations in the home setting.
• Conduct medication reconciliation, patient teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Document care thoroughly and maintain high-quality charting.
