Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for the Annandale, VA area. This PRN role focuses on 1:1 patient care in home settings, delivering evidence-based therapy and progressing patients toward independence with support from a multidisciplinary team.

You will evaluate, treat, and document services, coordinate with physicians and families, and maintain licensure and CPR certification.

Formación

• Graduate of a Physical Therapist Education program approved by CAPTE.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia.
• CPR certification required; may be offered on hire.

Responsabilidades

• Perform PT evaluation and treatment in home health settings.
• Set measurable goals and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain documentation and assist with billing.
• Supervise aides as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians, patients, and families.
