Job summary

Regency IHS Therapy Consulting LLC seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to conduct assessments and develop individualized therapeutic programs aimed at restoring function. The role collaborates with the Rehab Director to ensure integrated care and supervises PTA staff to maintain high-quality therapy services.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, educating patients and families, and participating in care conferences.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy program accredited/approved by the relevant US bodies.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum two years of Physical Therapist experience; home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts assessments and reassessments of patient function.
• Plans and supervises individualized therapeutic programs to restore function.
• Coordinates with Rehab Director to integrate therapy in care plan.
• Instructs patients and families in exercises and precautions.
• Documents patient progress and changes in condition.
• Supervises PTA and provides guidance during patient care.
• Contributes to case conferences to coordinate care.
• Participates in QA/QI activities and policy compliance.
• Performs wound care as credentialed and per agency policy.
