Job summary

VitalCaring Group is seeking reliable Caregivers/PCAs to support adult patients in home settings. You will provide companionship, safety and activities of daily living assistance, helping patients stay independent at home.

We offer competitive pay of $12–$15/hour, health and disability benefits, a 401(k) with company match, generous PTO, and flexible scheduling. Prior in-home caregiving preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable and patient-focused.
• Able to work independently and communicate clearly.
• Comfortable using basic technology and caregiving tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, safety and support to adult patients in their homes.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, meals, transfers).
• Support errands and appointments as needed.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to ensure safety.
