Elite Home Health, part of the LHC Group within the Optum family, is hiring a Full Time Occupational Therapist to assess and treat patients in their homes across Arkansas. The role focuses on functional status, activities of daily living, and adaptive equipment in patient home settings.

Primary responsibilities include evaluating plans of care, coordinating with the care team, and documenting patient progress.

Qualifications

Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of Arkansas.
Current CPR certification.
Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to work independently.
Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

Provides service within the scope of practice as defined by Arkansas state laws, in accordance with the plan of care.
Evaluates the patient's functional status and develops the therapy plan of care.
Observes, records, and reports patient responses to treatment and changes to the patient's condition.
Conducts patient assessments using diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests.
