Elite Home Health, part of LHC Group and within the Optum family, seeks a full-time Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home therapy. You will assess ADLs, functional status, and equipment needs, and craft care plans with the care team to support patient independence.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in Arkansas is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver's license with access to a dependable vehicle or reliable public transportation.
• Ability to work in patients' homes and adapt to diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide services within the scope of Occupational Therapy per state laws and plan of care.
• Evaluate functional status and CMS-required documentation in coordination with the care team.
• Observe and report patient responses to treatment to the nurse supervisor and physician.
• Conduct patient assessments using functional ability tests.
