Qualifications

• Must graduate from an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where practicing.
• At least one year of experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic technology skills, including mobile device use.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients per physician orders and the established plan of care (POC).
• Educate patient, family, and other health care team members.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician's orders and the POC.
