Job summary

Inspired Homecare is seeking a reliable Home Health CNA to join a compassionate, patient-centered team in the community. You will follow individualized care plans, assist with activities of daily living, and provide companionship and basic medical support in clients’ homes.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of hands-on experience in home care, hospital, or assisted living, current CPR, and a valid driver's license with auto insurance.

Qualifications

• At least one year of hands-on care experience (home care, hospital, or assisted living).
• CPR certification must be current.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to read and follow written care plans and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans designed by nurse assessors to deliver quality care.
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide companionship.
• Provide any required basic medical care within CNA scope.
• Travel to client homes and maintain a compassionate, safe environment.
