Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts CNA certification OR verifiable CHHA/HHA/PCA/Caregiver experience.
• Minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or a similar healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Heartfelt desire to help others, with a positive, respectful, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Supporting patient assessments and monitoring vital signs.
