Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Healthcare Caregiver to support clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities, basic care, and meal preparation while promoting independence and comfort.

You will work closely with a care team to ensure consistent, high-quality service. The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, effective communication, and flexibility to adapt to changing client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a home healthcare caregiver or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation, including ensuring the client's living area is clean and organized and preparing nutritious meals according to dietary needs.
• Administer medications as directed by the client's healthcare provider.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate team members.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and services.
• Other duties as assigned.
