Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Caregiver to provide in-home support and high-quality care. You will assist clients with daily activities, help with light housekeeping and meal prep, and maintain clear care records.

We value strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage a busy workload. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with availability in mornings to early afternoons and residence within 30 minutes of the hiring location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a home healthcare caregiver or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
• Must have driver's license and personal vehicle.
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK MORNINGS AND EARLY AFTERNOON HOURS.
• MUST LIVE UNDER 30 MINUTES FROM HIRING LOCATION.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation services, including ensuring that the client's living area is clean and organized and preparing nutritious meals according to the client's dietary needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate team members.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and services.
• Other duties as assigned.
