BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to serve clients in Tampa, Brandon and surrounding areas.

You will provide personal care and companionship, following a plan of care, with support from a trained team. Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience.
• Current HHA certificate or CNA license or 1 year hands-on caregiving experience.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Level II Background Check per Florida requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care services following a plan of care by a registered nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living and homemaker tasks at client homes.
• Support with meal prep, grooming, mobility and medication reminders.
• Maintain safety and quality of care in the home setting.
• Communicate with care team and document progress.
