Job summary

OurCare Health is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in Brandon, Florida. This is a 1099 independent contractor role offering flexible scheduling and weekly direct deposit.

Starting pay is $16 per hour, with some shifts paying up to $20 per hour or more. You will care for clients in their homes, assist with daily living tasks, and coordinate with the office for smooth scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit compassion and pride in your work while enhancing the quality of life of your clients
• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, exercise, and assistance with feeding when necessary
• Meal preparation, home making, transportation, shopping and other custodial services
• Communicate with office staff to ensure our clients are receiving the best possible care and assistance
