Job summary

HomeCentris is looking for a compassionate PCA/HHA/CNA to assist clients at home in Ashburn/Sterling/Chantilly. This part-time/PRN role focuses on personal care, companionship, and helping clients maintain independence in their own homes.

You will support daily living activities, follow care plans, document observations, and communicate clearly with clients and families. Training and benefits are offered to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiver/home health aide experience preferred.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility).
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management per care plans.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and safety standards.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe home environment.
