Job summary

BG Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate Care Partners (PCA/CNA/HHA) to join our growing team serving clients throughout Northern Virginia.

As a Care Partner, you will help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes, providing support to maintain quality of life. Responsibilities include ADLs, companionship, med reminders, light housekeeping, documentation, and EVV clock-ins. Flexible schedule and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Current PCA Certificate, CNA License, HHA Certificate, or comparable caregiving credentials.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current TB screening/testing.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass required background screenings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, supervision, and emotional support.
• Provide medication reminders as directed by the care plan.
• Assist with meal prep, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior.
• Assist with transportation and community outings when appropriate.
• Document services and complete required visit documentation.
• Utilize EVV systems for clock-in/clock-out compliance.
• Follow agency policies and individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and BG Healthcare Services team to support quality care.
