Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Guide ambulation and support with mobility aids.
• Prepare nutritious meals and monitor hydration.
• Perform light housekeeping and fall-prevention checks.
• Provide medication cues and report changes to the supervising nurse.
• Engage in companionship activities to uplift spirits.
• Transport clients to appointments and community events.

Skills

Prior experience as PCA, caregiver, HHA, or CNA
