Job summary

RM Management is seeking a Home Health Aide to deliver compassionate in-home care and designated health services. You will support clients with daily living activities, administer medications per MAR, and complete mandated documentation while following RN directions and RM policies.

The role requires strong English communication, adherence to HIPAA and safety standards, and reliable attendance. Experience with older adults is a plus and a supportive team environment is provided.

Qualifications

• High School education required; CNA/NAR or HHA certificate preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs and perform basic patient care tasks.
• Adherence to HIPAA, Vulnerable Adult policies and relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and designated health-related services to clients at RM Management.
• Administer medications in accordance with MAR and state laws.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation per policies.
• Follow RN guidance and escalate needs as directed by leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and ensure safety compliances.
• Encourage participation in scheduled activities and monitor client well-being.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
