Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience working with older adults.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in participants' homes.
• Drive to participants' homes using own vehicle.
• Support bathing, laundry, and maintaining a clean, safe home environment.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and management.
• Complete daily care assignments as scheduled.
