Job summary

Castle Rock Home Care Inc. in New York State seeks dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Aides (PCA) to join our team providing in-home care to clients.

As an HHA/PCA you will help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily living activities, offer social interaction, and report any changes to the RN supervisor promptly. This role requires a valid HHA/PCA certificate, photo ID, SSN card, and passing a drug screen. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• HHA/PCA certificate required.
• Photo ID & SSN card required.
• Drug screen conducted within last 6 months.
• Physical within last 6 months with 2 PPDs, Rubella & Rubeola titers.
• Two references provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide social interaction and companionship.
• Report changes to RN Supervisor promptly.
