Qualifications

• Valid HHA or PCA certificate is required.
• Current photo ID is required.
• Social Security Card is required.
• Full (within 6 months) Physical, PPD, Rubella & Rubeola titers.
• Drug screen conducted within 6 months.
• Two references letters are required.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with eating.
