Job summary

Golden Care of Northeast PA, Inc. is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our compassionate team. Qualifications

• Active HHA certification in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• Certified Nursing Assistant license in Pennsylvania.
• At least one year of patient care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide generalized aide care to assigned patients.
• Report patients' physical and emotional status to team members.
• Inform patients about rights and reimbursement procedures.
• Observe changes in condition and coordinate with physician and management.
• Assist with activities of daily living and support independence.
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
• Participate in on-call rotation as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
