Golden Care of Northeast PA, Inc. seeks dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our compassionate team. Under supervision, the HHA or CNA will provide general aide care to patients, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with standards.

This role may include on-call duties for after-hours work. The successful candidate will hold PA HHA certification in good standing and PA CNA license, with strong communication and caregiving skills.

Formación

• Active Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in PA is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide generalized aide care to assigned patients.
• Report changes in patient condition and coordinate with care team.
• Assist with activities of daily living and support independence.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
