Always Compassionate Health in Rochester, MN is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to support clients at home. You will provide personal care, monitor health, assist with daily living activities, remind about medications, and report changes to the nursing supervisor, all while maintaining dignity and independence.

Requirements include to be 18+, a Home Health Aide certificate per state requirements, dependable and compassionate. Able to lift up to 50 pounds and communicate clearly.

Qualificações

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• Certificate from a Home Health Aide training program per State requirements.
• Demonstrates empathy toward caring for the sick and disabled.
• Maintains good work relationships with clients, families, and agency personnel.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a healthy, safe environment and provide nutritional/environmental support.
• Assist with personal hygiene, toileting, dressing, walking and feeding the client.
• Position the client when instructed to do so.
• Assist with treatments and therapy as ordered by the physician and nursing supervisor.
• Remind the client to take medications.
• Report changes in client condition to the agency or nursing supervisor.
• Use of medical supplies/equipment as appropriate.
• Provide emotional support and encourage client independence.
