Job summary

Angels Care Home Health in Tyler, TX is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our bedside team under the supervision of a registered nurse. The role focuses on observing and supporting patients in their home environment, reporting findings, and documenting care performed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation with current auto liability insurance.
• Minimum one year experience as HHA or CNA preferred.
• Must read and write in English and follow instructions.
• CPR certification and Hepatitis profile where applicable.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.
• Calm demeanor in a patient’s home.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare and related services in the client’s residence.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations with the supervisor.
• Work under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
